Stefano Bosi (born in 1965) is full professor of economics since September 2006. Presently, he works at the University of Evry – Val d’Essonne (UEVE). He is a specialist of mathematical economics. More precisely, he works on the dynamic general equilibrium theory applied to monetary and financial issues (self-fulfilling prophecies, bubbles) and to environmental questions (bifurcations).
Stefano Bosi has been deputy head for Linguistics (Section 34) and for Economics and Management Sciences (Section 37) at the Institute for Humanities and Social Sciences (INSHS) of the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) from 2011 to 2015. From 2012 to 2016, he has also directed the research unit in economics (EPEE) of the University of Evry. Since 2015, he is the Vice-President in charge of the Institutional Relationships and, since January 2016, President of the Academic Council (CAC) in the same university.
